There are no accounts, no logins and nothing personalised on this site, which leaves very little to collect. We run no analytics software, no advertising pixels and no visitor-tracking scripts of our own. What does exist is the standard record our web host keeps for every website: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and device string your software sends. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.
These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). No part of this site is aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Click through to Mad Casino or another operator and you leave us behind — their privacy policy governs everything from that point. We do not control what third parties collect, and we have no access to your account, deposits or verification documents with them.
This site is published for readers in Canada. Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. Which of them applies is a question of where we operate and whom we aim at, not of where you happen to be reading from.
Links to casino operators on this site may carry a referral marker so an operator can credit the visit to us. It does not tell us who you are, yet markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and like technical data may still be personal information in law — we prefer to state that rather than pretend otherwise.
That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. No mailing list, no newsletter, nothing follows from it.
None of the cookies on this site are ours: we set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. They are technical rather than commercial, and nothing here becomes unreadable if you block cookies.
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in portable form, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national privacy regulator. Send the request through the Contact page and it will be dealt with.
Our host keeps server logs on its normal rotation; we hold nothing beyond it. Once a question is settled we delete the correspondence, unless a legal claim requires us to keep it.
Privacy requests about this website go through the Contact page.
